Anders Neergaard is a professor of sociology at the Institute for Research on Migration, Ethnicity and Society at Linköping University.
Neergaard's research focuses on power and resistance specifically linked to discrimination, racialization and racism. He is also interested in questions about the growth of right-wing populism in contemporary Europe. Neergaard's publications include The New Swedish Workers' Class (2004) and the Classical Society's Classification (2018).
