Sleep and cognitive behavioural therapy

Having trouble falling asleep? Welcome to the Student Health Service's workshop on sleep and CBT, for international students at Uppsala University.

It’s easy to get in to negative spirals of stressful thoughts and behaviour, leading to disturbed sleep. Maybe you’re having trouble falling asleep or you’re waking up during the night and can’t go back to sleep. Sleep gives you recovery and new energy to face the challenges that your studies may present. This workshop aims to provide you with a basic understanding of these topics and you will get tools to handle and cope with your situation.

Sign up for the workshop in person at the Student Health Service, Övre Slottsgatan 7. The registration is open between 28 February and 21 March. The workshop is free of charge.
